  • Signup source: On your first visit, we store the campaign source (utm_source) or external referring website in a first-party cookie for up to 90 days. If you create an account, we associate that source with the account to understand where signups come from.
  • Content and generation data: We process the image you upload, your selected scene and instructions, and information about the resulting generation, such as its status and output file.
  • Purchase records: We keep records needed to associate a credit purchase with your account, including the selected credit pack, order reference, amount of credits, and payment status. Waffo handles checkout and payment details under its own policies.
  • Technical and session data: Essential session and security cookies are used to keep you signed in and protect the Service.

How we use information

We use information to authenticate your account, create and deliver requested videos, manage credit balances and orders, understand how people discover the Service, maintain security, troubleshoot failures, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not use account information to send marketing emails through this Service.

Service providers

  • Google provides account sign-in.
  • Yir receives the image and generation instructions needed to create a video.
  • Cloudflare provides application hosting, database, and file storage services.
  • Waffo provides checkout and acts as the merchant of record for purchases. Waffo processes payment information and handles transaction records under its own privacy policy and checkout terms.

These providers process information as needed to provide their services and may be subject to their own privacy notices and terms. We do not control their independent data practices.

Uploaded and generated media

Uploaded images and generated videos are stored in private application storage. Access through the Service requires a signed-in account and an ownership check. We retain media and related job records as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Do not upload an image unless you have the rights and permissions required by our Terms of Service.

Retention and your choices

We keep account, purchase, and service records for as long as needed for the purposes described above, including applicable legal, security, and accounting requirements. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information, subject to records we are required or permitted to retain.
