Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Bulin 47 Video Viral (the Service), an independent AI image-to-video studio. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility and account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. Sign-in is provided through Google. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account and for keeping your sign-in access secure.

2. Your images and permissions

You retain your rights to images and other material you submit. You give us a limited, non-exclusive permission to host, process, transmit, and make technical copies of submitted material only to operate the Service, create your requested output, protect the Service, and provide support.

Only upload images that you own or are authorized to use. You must have permission from every identifiable adult shown in an image. Do not upload images of minors, public figures, or anyone who has not given the required permission. Do not submit material that violates another person's rights or applicable law.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to create or distribute unlawful, deceptive, harassing, exploitative, or non-consensual content; violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights; impersonate another person; or interfere with the Service or its security. We may restrict access to protect users, providers, or the Service.

4. AI-generated results

Generated videos are produced by an automated model and may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing each result and deciding whether you may use or share it. We do not guarantee that a result will meet a particular purpose or be unique.

5. Credits, prices, and checkout

The Service currently offers one-time credit packs priced in US dollars: $9.90 for 10 credits, $24.90 for 30 credits, and $59.90 for 100 credits. A 480p video costs 10 credits; a 720p video costs 20 credits. Prices and available packs are shown at checkout and may change for future purchases.

Credits are digital service units, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred or resold. Credits are added after Waffo confirms a successful payment. If the Service confirms that a generation failed, the credits reserved for that failed job are returned to the account.

Waffo acts as the merchant of record and processes checkout, payment, applicable taxes, and transaction receipts under its checkout terms. This Service does not store full payment card numbers. For a payment, duplicate-charge, or monetary refund request, use the merchant support contact shown during checkout or in your Waffo receipt. Monetary refunds are handled under the applicable checkout terms and consumer law. Digital credit purchases are not automatically refundable after use, except where required by law.

No physical goods are shipped. Credits are delivered electronically to the signed-in account after payment confirmation.

6. Service availability and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain or protect the Service. We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of these Terms, suspected abuse, or a legal or security requirement. Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination will remain in effect.

7. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided on an available basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

8. Independent service

Bulin 47 Video Viral is an independent fan-made remix tool. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bulin 47 or their representatives. Names and marks belong to their respective owners.

9. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version with a new effective date. For questions about a purchase, credits, or these Terms, contact the merchant support contact shown during Waffo checkout or in your order receipt.

AI model disclosure

This Service uses Seedance 2.5 (model ID: bytedance/seedance-2.5) for video generation through Yir. Yir may route a job among provider channels that serve this same model and may retry through another channel after a confirmed provider failure. A channel retry does not mean that the requested model has changed. The model provider or channel may apply its own safety checks.

AI content rules

You may not upload, request, generate, store, or distribute content that:

  • Is pornographic, sexually explicit, or depicts sexualized nudity, sexual exploitation, or non-consensual intimate imagery.
  • Depicts, sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor, including any real or synthetic child sexual abuse material (CSAM). Do not upload images of anyone under 18.
  • Depicts graphic violence, gore, torture, severe injury, or credible threats, or promotes violence against a person or group.
  • Promotes or expresses hate, dehumanization, or violence targeting a person or group based on a protected characteristic.
  • Harasses, threatens, doxes, exploits, or encourages self-harm or harm to others.
  • Impersonates or deceptively depicts a real person, creates a false endorsement, or violates another person's privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights. Public figures are not allowed in this Service.
  • Facilitates unlawful conduct, fraud, or evasion of these safeguards.

These rules apply to uploaded images, generation requests, and generated videos. You must have the rights and consent described above. Do not try to bypass these rules by changing wording or splitting a request into steps.

Reports and content review

Generated media is private by default and is accessible through the Service only to the signed-in account that owns it. We do not claim to pre-screen every generation. If you believe a job or video violates these Terms, report it to contact@bulin47videoviral.org. Include the relevant job identifier or page URL if available, the policy category, and a brief explanation. Do not attach CSAM, intimate imagery, or other illegal or sensitive media; describe the concern instead.

We review reports manually and may investigate related account or job records. Where appropriate, we may restrict access to or remove content, refuse further generations, suspend or terminate an account, and preserve or disclose information when required by law. We will acknowledge receipt of reports within 2 business days and complete an initial review within 7 calendar days. Reports indicating an immediate risk to a person's safety or suspected illegal activity will be prioritized. If further investigation is needed after the initial review, we will send a status update within 7 calendar days and explain the next steps. Provider safety checks may also apply, but they do not replace these rules or your responsibility to use the Service lawfully.
